Ilerbag HC
The Ilerbag HC is a horizontal Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) packaging machine for demanding applications. It processes tubular films with and without gussets fully automatically. The selection of materials and the special processing enable them to be used in the hygiene sector as well as in corrosive environmental conditions. Optimal accessibility for cleaning and inspections makes this machine an impressive packaging solution.
Depending on the product and flow properties, the machine achieves an output of 500 -800 bags per hour. It can process powdery and granular products
Thanks to its compact design, high degree of automation and easy operation via touchscreen, the Ilerbag HC is perfect for demanding production environments with limited space. The machine offers fast amortization, optimized material use and smooth product guidance – with minimal maintenance.
The machine is available in different versions with gross or net scales.

Compact design

Bag production
Film take-off with storage tank, bag length measurement and corner sealing. Foil cutting with bag transfer.
Linear transport system
From bag production to the filling station to head seam welding, the bags are transferred very quickly and efficiently in a linear manner.
Bag filling
Filling spout that opens into the bag without a lift, fast and efficient filling. Bag compaction from below. Compact bag with low film consumption.
Bag closure
Head seam welding system with high-precision impulse welding. Detection of product grains within the weld.
Mobile Versions
Mobile versions on wheels, optionally with or without drive, as well as rail-bound variants.
Stainless steel design
Optional stainless steel version. For almost all assemblies. Can be used in the hygiene sector or for very corrosive products.
Machine diagnostics
Transparent error and status diagnostics through the visual preparation of the individual machine groups, supplemented by supporting auxiliary content.
Easy to use
The system is controlled by a compact Simatic PLC in the control cabinet. A touch panel shows all functions in plain text. The legal-for-trade weighing electronics dispense precisely, and grade parameters are stored. Customer signals and remote maintenance are optional.
